Enable FXAA+TAA Antialiasing (TAA is what causes the blurriness, but image sharpening will negate that). Turn off V-Sync in the game (nVIDIA Control Panel will deal with that). It can cause frame-rate issues and looks way too blurry - Disable it. For animals, which don't use drinking zones, I chose one of their feeding zones instead. Set everything to maximum in the game settings, except Motion Blur. I've double checked these positions on several maps and they match, so data is valid.
